Associate a Substance from a PDS Template

Associate a substance to an entity using a PDS template to provide additional data points for a product. At least one PDS template with a substance must be present in a product to associate it with an entity.

To associate a substance from a PDS template:

1. Navigate to the entity for which you want to create and associate a substance.
2. On the entity attributes page, select the Substances tab.
3. Click Associate Substance from a PDS Template.
4. Select the respective attribute values.
5. Save.A substance is created and associated with substance values copied from a PDS template.
