Associate or Disassociate a Product and a Registration

When you create a registration, you can associate products to the registration, or you can associate products later by modifying the event attributes. You can also disassociate a product from a registration.

The products that can be associated with a registration include all the products related to the event associated with the registration that do not have a Not Approved or Withdrawn event-product status.To associate or disassociate a product with or from a registration:

  1. Click a link for the registration with which you want to associate a product.The Registration Attributes page appears.
  2. Click Products.
  3. Click Associate.The Associate/Disassociate Product page appears.
  4. For the Products attribute, under the Selected box click Select and select the products associated with the event.
  5. Save.
  6. Select a reason and enter comments for the reason.
  7. Click Next.
  8. Choose the applicable procedure to enter an electronic signature for entities:

  1. Select a reason and enter comments for the reason.
  2. Select Save.
  3. Validate your identity by entering your user credentials in the dialog box.
