Create a Registration FPP Attachment

Ennov InSight provides the ability to create a Registration FPP Attachment for a Full Product Presentation Entity.

You must have at least at least Write privileges for Product Detail Management (PDM) and Registration Planning and Tracking (RPT) licenses, and Full Product Presentation Entity Security to create the Registration FPP Attachments.

To create a Registration Full Product Presentation Attachment:

  1. On the Full Product Product Presentation attributes page, click the Create Registration FPP Attachment icon.
  2. On the Create Registration FPP Attachment page:

    To find the Registration Attachment: Launch the Registration Attachment Selection list by clicking Select next to the Attachment Name > Selected box.The search results page displays all Active Registration Attachments available in the system. You can search by Internal Name, Attachment Language, 2nd Attachment Name (optional), Attachment Name, and Attachment Version.Note: The registration attachments, already associated to the current Full Product Presentation, are not displayed.

    For the

    Full Product Presentation:

    Select the Registration Attachment and Save.Note: Only one registration attachment can be selected.The selected Registration Attachment will be displayed in the Attachment Name > Selected box in the concatenation of four fields:

    ◦ Internal Name

    ◦ Attachment Language

    ◦ 2nd Attachment Language (optional)

    ◦ Attachment Name

    ◦ Attachment Version

    Optional: Select Validity Declaration, Attachment Concerned Parties and enter the Registration FPP Attachment Comments.
  3. Click Save. If Registration Attachment is not selected, a message appears and the Registration FPP Attachment is not created.The Registration FPP Attachment page appears.
