Prerequisites

You cannot delete a Manufactured Item:

— If there is a PDS: Package Set: Packaging with the associated Manufactured Item Reference — If there is a PDS: Package Set: Component with the associated Manufactured Item Reference You can delete a Manufactured Item:

— If there is a PDS with Packaging Detail that does not have associated Manufactured Item Reference

— If there is a PDS: Package Set: Component with the associated Manufactured Item Reference with the WITHDRAWN status

— If there is a PDS: Package Set: Packaging with the associated Manufactured Item Reference with the

WITHDRAWN status

To delete a manufactured item:

1. Navigate to the manufactured item associated with a component.
2. Click the link for the manufactured item you want to delete.
3. On the Manufactured Item Attributes page, click Delete.
4. When you are prompted to confirm the deletion, click OK.

Note: If there are any reference active ingredients associated to a manufactured item, they will be deleted with the parent active ingredient.
