Registration Attachment Attributes

The following table shows the attributes of Registration Attachment.Using XML overrides, the system can be configured to disable the autopopulate function for one or more Registration Attachment fields, if the Attachment file is uploaded from a DMS Repository:

  • Attachment Name
  • File Name
  • File Type
  • Attachment Version

Active

Flag

Identifies if the value is active or inactive. Available on modify and view pages only.
Attachment Language Active Language Codes from the Languages values in Data Administration.
2nd Attachment Language Additional Language Code to add to the attachment. Optional.

Attachment

Name

The name given to the document by the sender. When the valid attachment with the pdf, doc, docx, xls or xlsx extension is selected in the Attachment Link field, the Attachment Name field is automatically populated with a corresponding name. For example: Doc01. Can be updated if needed.
Attachment Version The version of the attachment. When the valid attachment with the pdf, doc, docx, xls or xlsx extension is selected in the Attachment Link field, the Attachment Version field is automatically populated with the version of a selected document. Can be updated if needed.Note: The field will be auto-populated with value only if the attachment is selected from the Documentum DMS Repository.

Date

Version date of the attachment.

EMA

The date that is automatically populated after the Acknowledgement Wizard passed.

EV

Code

Official EV Code assigned by the EMA.

File

Name

File Name of the attachment. When the valid attachment with the pdf, doc, docx, xls or xlsx extension is selected in the Attachment Link field, the File Name field is automatically populated with the corresponding name and extension. For example: Doc01.docx. Can be updated if needed. To pass the validation file extension should be present after the file name (for example attachment.pdf), a warning message will be displayed if it is missing. The system verifies the presence of the special characters in the file name and displays a warning message if at least one of special character is entered:

  • \ / : * ? < > |
  • Non-ASCII characters

File

Type

The available file types that can be selected:

When the valid attachment with the pdf, doc, docx, xls or xlsx extension is selected in the Attachment Link field, the File Type field is automatically populated with the corresponding extension. For Example: docx.

Internal

Name

The Internal Company name for the Attachment. The field is a duplicate of the Attachment name value.
Last Updated Date The date that the attachment was most recently changed. The last updated date is populated automatically.
Reason Reason for creating, modifying or deleting a registration attachment.

Comments

Comments related to reason entered by users.
Registration Attachment Keywords Free format text box for entering text for searching purposes. Enables you to search for the registration attachment using words from different attributes of the attachment.
Registration Attachment De­ Free format text box for entering descriptive information about the registration attachment.

Registration Attachment Comments The comments field for the attachment represents a box filled with the comments provided by this attachment.
Registration Attachment Add Comment Text box for entering information or comments about the registration attachment. Comments will be stamped with the date/time/userid of the person entering the information.

dition Identifier

The field appears only when the Use Rendition field is set to Yes. The values available for selection are all active rendition identifiers from Data Administration > Rendition Identifier Values. The Standard Rendition value is selected by default as a Rendition Identifier.
Use Rendition You can use an existing rendition file from the DMS instead of the source file. The values available for selection are Yes and No, with No selected by default.

User

ID

The user name to validate user identity.
Password The user password to validate user identity.
