Maintain Data Administration Values

Data Administration enables you to create or modify data values that appear in drop-down lists on entity attributes pages in Calyx RIM.

To create or modify a value:
  1. Choose Go To > Data Administration.
  2. Under Other, click the link for which you want to add or modify a value.
  3. Do one of the following:
    • To add a value, click the Create icon .
    • To modify a value, click the link for the value you want to maintain and click the Edit icon .
  4. Enter the appropriate information in the boxes provided.
  5. Do one of the following:
    • To deactivate the value, click Deactivate.
    • To reactivate a deactivated value, click Activate.
  6. Click Save.
