Contact Maintenance: Contact Values
Calyx RIM lets you maintain lists of contact values to configure additional entity attributes. You can add or modify lists, and set the status of a value to active or inactive from Data Administration.
| Contact Value | Description |

| Contact Address/Phone/Email Type | The type of address/phone/email contact. |
| Contact Role | The role of the contact. |
| Contact Type | The type of the contact |
| Recipient For | Defines what the recipient is designated for. |
Contact Address/Phone/Email Type Attributes
To define a contact address/phone/email type value, enter values for the following attributes:
| Attribute | Description |

| Contact Address/Phone/Email Type Name | The type of address/phone/email contact. Example: Home, Work, Mobile. |
| Last User Updated | Defines by whom the Data Administration value was created/updated. By default, this option is read-only. It is populated automatically when updates were made to the table. |
| Last Changed Date | Defines when the Data Administration value was created/updated. By default, this option is read-only. It is populated automatically when updates were made to the table. |
| Active | Indicates if the entity is active or inactive. |
Contact Role Attributes
To define a contact role value, enter values for the following attributes:
| Attribute | Description |
|---|---|
| Contact Role Name | The role of the contact. Examples: Agency, Regulatory Manager. Contact Role is dependent on Contact Type. Contact Role must be unique within the Contact Type. |
| Contact Type | The Contact Type to associate the Contact Role to. |
| Last User Updated | Defines by whom the Data Administration value was created/updated. By default, this option is read-only. It is populated automatically when updates were made to the table. |
| Last Changed Date | Defines when the Data Administration value was created/updated. By default, this option is read-only. It is populated automatically when updates were made to the table. |
| Active | Indicates if the entity is active or inactive. |
Contact Type Attributes
To define a contact type value, enter values for the following attributes:

| Contact Type Name | The type of contact. Examples: Internal, External, Affiliate. |
| Last User Updated | Defines by whom the Data Administration value was created/updated. By default, this option is read-only. It is populated automatically when updates were made to the table. |
| Last Changed Date | Defines when the Data Administration value was created/updated. By default, this option is read-only. It is populated automatically when updates were made to the table. |
| Active | Indicates if the entity is active or inactive. |
Recipient for Attributes
To define an application type value, enter values for the following attributes:

| Recipient For Name | Defines what the recipient is designated for. |
| Last User Updated | Defines by whom the Data Administration value was created/updated. By default, this option is read-only. It is populated automatically when updates were made to the table. |
