Print Commands
You can use a high speed printer to print your assembly.
Calyx RIM creates the data in the .prn file in a format specific for your printer. Your high-speed printer is able to read and process the file to print the information as you configured it in Calyx RIM.
You may send the generated
.prn files to the printer using the
Command Prompt window to type command lines. The commands instruct your machine which files to send to a specified printer.
Note: The following instructions may be used to send .prn files from the File system only.
To open the
Command Prompt window on your computer:
- Click Start.
- In the Start menu, click Run.
- In the Run dialog, type cmd and then click OK.

At the prompt, use one of the following print commands:
- Lpr
- Copy
- ftp
