Add an Identity Provider

In Security Administration, the Identity Providers link enables you to add multiple Identity Providers (IdP).

To add an Identity Provider:

  • The Identity Providers link is available only if the multiple IdP functionality and SSO is configured in the Insight.var file.
  • There can be only one active IdP in Calyx RIM. To add another IdP using the Identity Providers link, active IdP must be disabled.
  1. Choose Go To > Security Administration.
  2. On the Security Administration page, click Identity Providers.
    The Identity Providers page appears.
  3. Click create icon.
    The Identity Providers attribute page appears.
  4. Select one of the Provider Types:
    • OKTA
    • Azure Active Directory
    • PingOne
    Based on the selected Provider Type, the appropriate fields appear.
  5. Enter the required details.
  6. Save.
  7. Restart the system to acknowledge the active IdP.
