Update D2 Forms with PDS Nodes

When the Product Detail Set details are created/updated in the Calyx RIM, D2 Forms gets updated.

The following table describes the PDS statuses based on which D2 Forms get updated:

Pending Add New PDS details are added when approval by the regulatory agency is granted. Yes
Approved The detail has been approved by the regulatory agency. Yes
Not Approved The detail has not been approved by the regulatory agency. Yes
Pending Withdrawal The detail is to be withdrawn when approval by the regulatory agency is granted. No
Withdrawn Organisation has submitted a request to withdraw a detail and the regulatory agency has approved the withdrawal. No
Note: PDS details are not removed from the D2 Forms in case of Withdrawn operation.
Not Approved The detail has not been approved by the regulatory agency. No
Note: In case of changing Pending Withdrawal node status to Not Approved only.
Pending Modify The detail is to be changed when approval by the regulatory agency is granted. Yes
