Create a PDS Template from Another PDS Template

You can create a product detail set (PDS) template from another PDS template and use it to create similar PDS for a product.

If you enter a comment in the Add Comment field and then create a PDS template from a PDS template (or from a PDS), the comment is not carried forward to the newly created PDS.

To create a PDS template from a PDS template:
  1. Click a link for the PDS template from which you want to create another PDS template.
    The Product Detail Set page appears.
  2. Click Create.
    The Product Detail Set Template page appears.
  3. Enter values for the PDS template attributes.
  4. Save.
    The Product Detail Set page for the PDS template from which you created the template appears.
