6.2.0.2.0069 N/A Calyx RIM 6.2 CHF 2 enhances the eCTD Wizard to copy the envelope information for the DCP and MRP Sequences. If the field is modified for the first Country on the Select Attribute tab of the Create eCTD Wizard, the modified value will be copied to the other Country field on proceeding ahead for the other Countries in the same tab. The modified value will be copied only for the creation of Working Assemblies.
Following are the fields from which value can be copied for other Countries in the Create eCTD Wizard:
  • UUID
  • Submission Type
  • Submission Mode
  • Submission Unit Type
  • High-level/Worksharing Submission Number
  • Application Tracking Number
  • Procedure Type
  • INN
  • Sequence
  • Related Sequence
  • Submission Description
Note: This behavior (Modified value of one country copied to other country) works only, when creating a Working Assembly and not when updating it.

6.2.0.2.0069 N/A When working on a submitted entity in different working assemblies, it is now possible to update the latest changes using the Synchronize with the Submitted View feature.

Example: Consider a leaf in the sequence 0000 submitted as new. Sequences 0001 and 0002 are created with Working View. Replacing that leaf in sequences 0001 and 0002 by different users replaces the leaf in 0000 twice. Now, if the leaf is replaced in 0001 and 0001 is added to lifecycle, the change to the leaf is indicated to the user working on 0002. On using the Synchronize with the Submitted View feature, the leaf in 0002 refers to the leaf in 0001 instead of 0000.

For information on synchronization, see the topic Synchronizing Current Working View with Latest Submitted View.

17153 6.2.0.2.0069 N/A When there are two or more Working assemblies, and if a folder or a leaf is added to one of them and then one of the Working assembly is lifecycled, you can use the Synchronize with the Submitted View feature to update the Working View with the latest changes in the Submitted View.
