Create a Permission Set in Veeva Vault

To create a permission set in the Veeva vault:
  1. If the rightmost item on the bar is Admin, click Admin.
  2. On the bar, click Users & Groups.
  3. On menu on the left, click Permission Sets.
  4. In the top-right area of the Permission Sets page, click Create.
  5. On the New Permissions Sets page, enter the information for the Parexel InSight Permissions permission set.
  6. Click Save.
  7. On the Permissions Sets page, click Parexel InSight Permissions.
  8. At the top of the Parexel InSight Permissions page, click Application.
  9. In the top-right area of the page, click Edit.
  10. In the Vault Actions section of the page:
    1. On the API row, select All API.
    2. On the Document row, select Download Document and Download Rendition.
  11. Click Save.
