Installation Using an Oracle Database Domain (Oracle Only)

Note: You must have already installed the 32-bit version of the Oracle version 12.2.0.1 client (Administrator) on the  Liquent InSight Rendering server. The 64-bit client will not work with Liquent InSight Rendering.
Note: Due to a known Oracle issue, an "unable to connect" error can appear. Perform the following procedure to be able to connect.
  1. Select Start > Run. Type cmd and press Enter. 
  2. cd to the bin folder under the Oracle client installation path. 
  3. At the prompt, type: regsvr32 oraoledb12.dll and press Enter. Select OK for the acknowledgment pop up. 
  4. Type exit and press Enter to close the command prompt.
