Disable the Windows Firewall

Click Start > Control Panel > System and Security > Windows Firewall.
Select the Turn Windows Firewall on or off link.
Select all the Turn off Windows Firewall (not recommended) radio buttons.
Click OK.
Close the Control Panel.
