Making Pre-existing Vault Documents Accessible from LIQUENT InSight Rendering

To enable InSight Rendering users to access Veeva Vault documents that were in their Vault before your Veeva administrator created the InSight Service user, do either of the following:
  • Ask Veeva Professional Services to share all documents with the InSight Service user, set as the default user for the Liquent InSight Service role.
  • If your Veeva administrator enabled the Library: Bulk Update feature for your vault, perform the following procedure.
To enable users to access Veeva Vault documents from :
  1. If the rightmost item on the bar at the top of the page is Vault, click Vault.
  2. On the bar, click Library or Documents, whichever is displayed.
    (Which is displayed depends on your vault type).
  3. Click the rightmost icon:
  4. Under PERFORM BULK ACTION click the fist option, for all documents.
  5. On the Refine Selection page, click Next.
  6. Under Edit Sharing Settings click Add Users to Role, and click Next.
  7. On the Add Users to Role page:
    1. For Users click InSight Service.
    2. For Role click Liquent InSight Service Role.
  8. Click Next.
  9. On the Confirmation Page, click Finish.
