Roles and Comments
All roles are able to create, update, or close a personal comments report.
Visibility of comments is based on the scope:
| Scope | Visibility |
|---|---|
| Public | Visible to all users who have access to that submission/application |
| Private | Visible only to users who have reviewer or restricted reviewer roles and owner of the comment |
| Personal | Visible only to the owner of the comment |
A single user cannot have combined roles, and can only have an Administrator, Publisher, Reviewer, Restricted Reviewer, or Submission Manager role.
