Add Bookmark

In post-publishing output and PDF source documents, use the Add command in the Link and Bookmark Manager to add new internal or external bookmarks in a PDF document. The Add Bookmark dialog provides options for setting the destination and properties for the bookmark.

During in-process linking, any bookmarks added to the temporary PDF will not be committed to the Calyx RIM database.
