Uninstalling LIQUENT SmartLink for Word

Before installing a new version of SmartLink for Word, previous versions must be removed.

Uninstalling removes all SmartLink for Word executable and library files from the computer hard drive. Files created while running the software (such as log files) are not deleted. This prepares the computer for a new SmartLink for Word installation.
  1. On the Windows desktop, select Start > Control Panel
  2. Click Programs and Features.
  3. Select SmartLink for Word, and then click Remove. You may be prompted to remove shared components. Click NO if other Parexel products are installed on this machine because to continue uninstalling will make other Parexel products inoperable.
  4. A confirmation dialog box displays the message Do you want to completely remove the selected application and all of its features?. Click Yes.
  5. When the uninstall is completed, click Finish.
