Configuring Publishing Settings

Documents with a large number of SmartLink for Word cross-references may take a long time to render. When this occurs, the render time limit may be reached before the job is processed and InSight Rendering may mark the job as Failed.

To avoid this, increase the Business Service Render timeout in InSight Rendering.

For SmartLink for Word cross-references to be recognized during rendering, you must select the Preserve Cross Document Links check box in the Word plug-in.
