Copy and Insert a Custom Table With Window
To copy and insert a custom table using the SmartDesk window:
- Place the cursor inside the table you want to copy as the custom table.
- On the Tables tab in Liquent SmartDesk for Authoring, click Copy Custom Table – or select the item in the Liquent SmartDesk for Authoring menu.
- On the Tables tab in the Liquent SmartDesk for Authoring, enter the title in the Table Title text box. The title is limited to 120 characters and the current number of character in the title will display on the top right of the Table Title text box.

On the
Tables tab in SmartDesk, select the
Insert Custom Table
option to display the
Custom Table option to reformat the table styles.
To reformat the custom table, select the Reformat Custom Table Styles option to access the Heading Row and Table Cell Styles.Note: For best results when reformatting custom tables, the option Automatically Adjust Column is selected by default. Select the styles to reformat the custom table.
- On the Tables tab in Liquent SmartDesk for Authoring, click Insert Table.
