Pasting Copied Text to Match Styles of the Source Document

The Paste: Match Source application function and menu provides an interface for pasting copied text into a destination document so that the style/formatting of the source document is matched in the destination document.

To paste maintaining source formatting:
  1. Highlight and copy desired content from the source document.
  2. Place the cursor in the document at the desired location to paste the content.
  3. Click Paste: Match Source in the SmartDesk window, or select Paste > Match Source from the SmartDesk ribbon.
