Use this option to select the name of the file from which link and bookmarks should be imported by clicking the ellipses button next to the field. This opens the
Select Import File
window. Select the desired file and click
Save. The selected file name with full path is displayed.

Select this option to import bookmarks.

| Delete Existing
|
Select the
Delete Existing check box next to the
Bookmarks check box to delete the existing bookmarks.

| Links
|
Select this check box to import links.
|
| Delete Existing
|
Select the
Delete Existing check box next to the
Links check box to delete the existing links.

| Magnification
|
Select this check box to change the magnification value of imported bookmarks and links. Once this option has been selected, the drop down list below it is available. Select a magnification value from the list.

| All Pages
|
Imports the selected combination of bookmarks and/or links to all pages of the active document (if present in the CSV file).
|
| Page Range
|
Imports the selected combination of bookmarks and/or links to specific pages within the active document. Select this option and enter a valid page range to import.
|
| Apply
|
Starts the process of importing.
|
| Cancel
|
Closes the Import Bookmarks/Links window.
|
