Import

The Import feature is used to import the bookmark and link information from a comma delimited (CSV) file to an open PDF file.

To import bookmarks and links using Import:

  1. Select SmartDesk > Link and Bookmark Tools > Import Bookmarks/Links
  2. Click on the ellipses button, browse to the desired file and click Save.
    Note: The file you want to import should be in the same format as that of the exported CSV file.
  3. Select the required options. For functional description of the Import Bookmarks/Links options, refer the table provided below.
  4. Click on Apply, click on OK to close the confirmation message.
