Copy Registration Attachment Attributes
The following attribute descriptions can help you to enter appropriate registration attachment attribute values when copying a registration attachment in Ennov InSight .
Use the following descriptions to choose and enter registration attachment attribute values. Required information is indicated by an asterisk (*):
| Attribute | Description |
| Attachment Language | Active Language Codes from the Languages values in Data Administration. The source registration attachment language value is assigned by default. The default language can be changed if required. |
| 2nd Attachment Language | Additional Language Code from the Languages values in Data Administration. The source registration attachment language value is assigned by default. The default language can be changed if required. |
| Attachment Link | Link to the attached document. |

Attachment Name * |
The name of the source registration attachment is assigned by default. Must be updated with a new attachment name.Note: When the valid attachment with the pdf, doc, docx, xls or xlsx extension is selected in the Attachment Link field, the Attachment Name field is automatically populated with a corresponding name. For example: Doc01. |

with the version of a selected document. The field will be auto-populated with value only if the attachment is selected from the Documentum DMS repository. |

Attachment Version Date |
Version date of the attachment. |

File Name |
The attachment file name from the source registration attachment. Can be updated with a new attachment file name. To pass the validation, a file extension should be added manually after the file name (for example attachment.pdf). With the exception of the file extension, the system also verifies the presence of the special characters in the file name and throws the warning message if at least one of them is entered:

File Type |
The file type from the source registration attachment is assigned by default. Can be updated if needed. The available file types that can be selected:

Internal Name |
The Internal Company name for the Attachment from the source registration attachment. Can be updated if needed. |
| Registration Attachment | Free format text box for entering text for searching purposes. Enables you to search for the registration attachment using words from different attributes of the attachment. The source registration attachment keywords are assigned by default. Can be updated if needed. |

| Registration Attachment Add Comment | Text box for entering information or comments about the registration attachment. Comments will be stamped with the date/time/user id of the person entering the information. |

RenĀ dition Identifier |
The field appears only when the Use Rendition field is set to Yes. The values available for selection are all active rendition identifiers from Data Administration > Rendition Identifier Values. The Standard Rendition value is selected by default as a Rendition Identifier. |
| Use Rendition | You can use the existing rendition file instead of the source file. The values available for selection are Yes and No, with No selected by default. |
