Project Attributes
ou use the project attributes to set its status and projected dates. Your security privileges determine the attributes displayed.
| Attribute | Description |
| Closed | Use this check box to indicate when a project has closed.Note: This information-only field serves as an indicator to users that changes to the project should not be made. Checking Closed does not restrict users from making changes. |
| Project Add Comment | Use this to add comments that you want to share with others in a discussion thread. Comments are stamped with the date and time you enter the information, and your user ID. |

The code your organization uses to identify the project. |

Project Concerned Parties |
Concerned parties are anyone who may be copied on notifications about this entity; use semi-colons (;) to separate e-mail addresses. |

Words you can use to search for the project. |

Project Name |
The name of the project. |
| Project Pivot Status | This lists all of the Ennov InSight internal event status types, with the exception of Not Approved, as this is not a valid pivot status. The event status you choose and the Project Pivot Status Date you define are used to calculate projected status dates based on lead times and event milestones. |

Project Projected Completion Date |
This is the projected date for the completion of the project. |

Project Status |
The status of the project. A default can be set in Data Administration. |

Project Status Date |
The date the project status is effective. |

Project Type |
The type of the project. |
| Reason | Reason for creating, modifying or deleting a project. |

Reason for Comments |
Comments related to reason entered by users. |
| User ID | The user name to validate user identity. |
| Password | The user password to validate user identity. |
