View a Project

You can view a project to see its attributes or take action on the project.

Your security permissions determines the actions available to you.

To view a project:

  1. On the Home page, click Projects.The list of projects appears.
  2. Click the name of the project that you want to view.The Project Attributes page appears.
  3. On the Project Attributes page, do any of the following:
Option Action
To modify the project attributes: Click Edit.
To delete the proj ect: Click Delete.Note: You cannot delete a project if you do not have Administrator rights for project or if changes were made to the entities related to the project.
To copy the project URL to the Clipboard: Click the Copy URL icon. A message confirms the URL has been copied.
To create product registrations for project events:

Click Create Product Registration. (This icon is active only for projects that map to the internal type Create

New Events Product Registration Project).
To create sequences related to the project events: Click Add Sequence.
To create references for project events and sequences: Click Create Reference.
To manage the PDS associated with the project:

Click Associate. (This icon is active only for projects that map to the internal type Create New Applications

Package Set Registration Project.
To create leaf updates for assemblies: Click Leaf Update.
To navigate to events associated with the project: Click Events.
To update project event-country status or calculate projected dates for an event status: Click Event Country Dates.
To navigate to products associated with events related to a project if it is mapped to the internal type Create New Events Product Registrations: Click Products.
To view or create notifications for the project: Click Notifications.
To create references for this project and to navigate to references associated with this project: Click References.
