Maintain a Task or Sub-task Value

You can add, modify, activate, and deactivate a task or sub-task value in Data Administration.

To create or modify a task or sub-task value:
  1. Choose Go To > Data Administration.
  2. Under Task Maintenance, click the link for which you want to add/modify a value.
  3. Do one of the following:
    • To add a value, click the Create icon .
    • To modify a value, click the link for the value you want to maintain.
  4. Enter the appropriate information in the boxes provided.
  5. Do one of the following:
    • To deactivate the value, click Deactivate.
    • To activate the value, click Activate.
  6. Click Save.
