Unique Status Value Mappings
On the Data Administration pages where you create status values for the Calyx RIM entities, you are presented with internal system statuses, such as PLANNED, APPROVED, NOT APPROVED, and SUBMITTED.
When defining custom status values for the entities, there must be only one unique customer-facing status mapped to a single internal system status per entity.
Each entity should have a unique customer facing status of
Approved mapped to the internal status
APPROVED. You should not have an
Approved1 and
Approved2 both mapped to
APPROVED, as this could result in erroneous system behavior.
