Active Entity XML/UI Mappings for Registration Types

Do not deactivate the "out-of-the-box" registration type value Package Set Registration. There are Calyx RIM functions and procedures, such as the "Create New Applications - Package Set Registration" Global Project Planning wizard, that rely on this value remaining active.
