DMS Integration Values
Data Administration lets you to add and modify DMS values and attributes for: bind to label name, bind to status, and rendition identifier.
You can create and maintain the following DMS values:
| Value | Description |
|---|---|
| Bind to Label | DMS documents assigned to an assembly are bound to their label |
| Bind to Status | DMS documents assigned to an assembly are bound to their status |
| Rendition Identifier Values | Rendition identifier values for Veeva and Documentum |
Bind to Label Name Attributes
To define a bind to label name value, enter values for the following attributes:
| Attribute | Description |
|---|---|
| Bind to Label Name | Name of the label used. |
| Last User Updated | Defines by whom the Data Administration value was created/updated. By default, this option is read-only. It is populated automatically when updates were made to the table. |
| Last Changed Date | Defines when the Data Administration value was created/updated. By default, this option is read-only. It is populated automatically when updates were made to the table. |
| Active | Indicates if the entity is active or inactive. |
Bind to Status Attributes
To define a bind to status value, enter values for the following attributes:
| Attribute | Description |
|---|---|
| Bind to Status Name | The name given for the Bind to Status. Examples: Approved, In Approval, In Draft, In Review, NONE |
| Last User Updated | Defines by whom the Data Administration value was created/updated. By default, this option is read-only. It is populated automatically when updates were made to the table. |
| Last Changed Date | Defines when the Data Administration value was created/updated. By default, this option is read-only. It is populated automatically when updates were made to the table. |
| Active | Indicates if the entity is active or inactive. |
Rendition Identifier Attributes
To define a rendition identifier value, enter values for the following attributes:
| Attribute | Description |

| Rendition Identifier Name | The display name for the PDF Rendition Identifier. |
| Last User Updated | Defines by whom the Data Administration value was created/updated. By default, this option is read-only. It is populated automatically when updates were made to the table. |
| Last Changed Date | Defines when the Data Administration value was created/updated. By default, this option is read-only. It is populated automatically when updates were made to the table. |
| Active | Indicates if the entity is active or inactive. |
