Modify a Rendition Identifier Value

  1. Choose Go To > Data Administration.
  2. Under DMS Integration, click Rendition Identifier Values.
  3. Click the rendition identifier name.
  4. Do one of the following:
    • To change the rendition identifier name, click Edit. Change the name, and Save.
      Note: For a Veeva or Documentum repository, you cannot change the name Standard Rendition.
    • Under Rendition Identifier Values, click the value that you want to modify. Click Activate or Deactivate.
      Note: For each rendition name, for each server type only one rendition identifier value can be active at a time.
      Note: For a Veeva or Documentum repository, you cannot deactivate rendition identifier values for the rendition named Standard Rendition.
      Note: Additional PDF rendition formats can be defined in Calyx RIM configuration to trust them as PDFs. The additional renditions must comply to the PDF standard.
