Calyx RIM 6.1 CHF 3 Data Migration

The Calyx RIM 6.1 CHF 3 database migration provides the following updates.

Full Product Presentation

In Calyx RIM 6.1 CHF 3, an additional security setting named Full Product Presentations will be added to control access to the Full Product Presentations list on the Home Page and Search menu. During the migration, the Full Product Presentations option under Home Page Access will be set to Select value for each User, User Group, and Role in Security Administration.

Find Activities

In Calyx RIM 6.1 CHF 3, an additional security setting named Find Activities will be added to control access to the Activities report under FIND menu on the Home Page. During the migration, the Find Activities option under Home Page Access will be set to Select value for each User, User Group, and Role in Security Administration.

Change

In Calyx RIM 6.1 CHF 3, an additional security setting named Change will be added to control access to the Change and Change Detail entities. During the migration, the Change option under Home Page Access will be set to Select value for each User, User Group, and Role in Security Administration.

New setting named Change Management Wizard will be added to control access to the Change Management wizard on the Home Page. During the migration, the Change Management Wizard option under Home Page Access will be set to Select value for each User, User Group, and Role in Security Administration.

Procedure Type Values

The Country column will be updated with additional value Liechtenstein for the following Procedure Type values:
  • EU CP Bio
  • EU CP New API
  • EU CP Orphan

Registration Attachments

The Active Flag field with Active and Inactive values will be added to the Registration Attachment entity. All values will migrate with Active value.

The additional fields named Use Rendition and Rendition Identifier will be added to the Registration Attachment entity. The Use Rendition field will be set automatically to No value after migration.

Product Detail Set

An additional text field named Specialty Number will be added to the Product Detail Set entity. The field will be NULL after migration.

Product Detail Set: Active Ingredient Details

The additional strength fields will be added to the PDS Active Ingredient Details:
  • Concentration Measure Type
  • Low Amount Numerator Value
  • Low Amount Numerator Prefix
  • Low Amount Numerator Unit
  • Low Amount Denominator Value
  • Low Amount Denominator Prefix
  • Low Amount Denominator Unit
  • High Amount Numerator Value
  • High Amount Numerator Prefix
  • High Amount Numerator Unit
  • High Amount Denominator Value
  • High Amount Denominator Prefix
  • High Amount Denominator Unit
  • Measurement Point

Values from Component Active Ingredient entity > Strength Fields will be copied during migration and added in addition to the Component Active Ingredient and to the PDS Active Ingredient.

Product Detail Set: Substance Details

An additional field named Use as Active Ingredient for XEVMPD will be added to the PDS Substance Details. All migrated Substance Details will have No value selected in the Use as Active Ingredient for XEVMPD drop down field.

Product Detail Set: Indication/Intended Use Details

An additional field named Countries will be added to the PDS Indication/Intended Use Details. All migrated Indication/Intended Use Details will have all Application Countries as selected values in the Countries field.

Product Detail Set: Indication Details

An additional field named Countries will be added to the PDS Indication Details. All migrated Indication/Intended Use Details will have all Application Countries as selected values in the Countries field.

Full Product Presentation

The following additional fields will be added as read-only to the Full Product Presentation (FPP) entity:
  • XEVMPD Marketing Authorisation Number
  • XEVMPD MAH/Organisation
  • 'MAH/Organisation

Registration FPP Attachment

The following additional read only fields will be added to the Registration FPP Attachment entity:
  • XEVMPD Marketing Authorisation Number
  • XEVMPD MAH/Organisation
  • MAH/Organisation'

All migrated Registration FPP Attachments will have listed fields with data from Full Product Presentation entity they are assigned to.

The Registration Attachment entity and XEVMPD Acknowledgement wizard logic will be enhanced by a new rule to automatically update the Validity Declaration field on Registration FPP Attachment entity from [Select] value to Previous Copy was sent (1) value.

All migrated Registration FPP Attachments will have the Validity Declaration field populated with the Previous Copy was sent (1) value if Registration Attachment entity which is connected with this Registration FPP Attachment has an EV Code value added.

Message Tables

Functionality to identify by EV Code Entity Name with insert of this value in addition to the EV Code to OPERATION_RESULT_DESCRIPTION column when the MSG_FILE_TYPE column has value 3 for both db tables X_MSG_CONTENT and X_MSG_ERROR is implemented.

Leaf Status population during migration

Calyx RIM 6.1 CHF 3 introduces the Leaf Status attribute for the leaf. As part of the Calyx RIM 6.1 CHF 3 migration, the statuses of all leafs that are in lifecycle will be set to Published, and the statuses of the leafs that are not in lifecycle will be set to Planned.
