Create a User in Veeva Vault

To create a user in the Veeva vault:
  1. If the rightmost item on the bar is Admin, click Admin.
  2. On the bar, click Users & Groups.
  3. On menu on the left, click Users.
  4. In the top-right area of the Users page, click the Add a User icon:
  5. On the Add User page, enter at least the required information for the InSight Service user.  
  6. In the Primary Information section of the page, for Security Profile, click Parexel Service.
  7. Click Save.
  8. Do one of the following:
    • If are prompted to use the same credentials that are configured for the user in another vault, click Yes.
    • If you do not see the prompt (because the user is not configured to use any other vault), type the required information.
