Adding the Rendition Type to All Documents

Assign the Parexel rendition type to every document type in the vault:

  1. If the rightmost item on the bar is Admin, click Admin.
  2. On the bar, click Configuration.
  3. On menu on the left, under DOCUMENT SETUP, click Document Types.
  4. Assign the parexel rendition type and give the InSight Service account Create Document Permission to every document type in the vault. For each document:
    1. On the Document Types page, navigate to and point to the document type.
    2. Click the arrow to the right of the document type, and click Edit Details.
    3. On the Edit Details page, for Rendition Types click parexel.
    4. Click the Security link.
    5. For Create Document Permission, click the arrow and add InSight Service.
    6. Click Save.
    Note: If you add a document type after performing the preceding procedure, remember to add the parexel rendition type to the new document type.
