After Updating Link Character Encoding

After updating link character encoding in your source PDF document, do the following in Calyx RIM:

  1. In the assembly to which the source PDF is assigned, run a DMS Synchronization on the PDF document. This causes Calyx RIM to execute a link extraction on the updated PDF document.
  2. Run a Prepare to Publish to refresh the Link Inspector data.
  3. Run the Link Inspector query and the Character Encoding Status column shows that the links are updated.
