Export and Import Bookmarks and Hyperlinks

Use Linking plug-in (PDF) to load all the bookmarks and hyperlink properties from a PDF into the Link and Bookmark Manager, and then export the properties to a CSV file for editing.

Note: You cannot export a CSV file for bookmarks, links, or keywords during in-process linking.
To export the bookmarks or hyperlinks properties to a CSV file:
  1. Open the Link and Bookmark Manager.
    The Link and Bookmark Manager dialog box opens.
  2. Under Search, select Bookmarks, Links, or both options.
    For Calyx RIM in-process PDFs, you can select the Bookmarks option to include them in your search, but you cannot edit the contents of an in-process rendition.
  3. Click Reload.
    The dialog box displays the properties for bookmarks, hyperlinks, or both.
  4. Click Export.
  5. In the Save As dialog box, specify the save location and name for the CSV file, and then click Save.
  6. Click OK.
