Create Product Registrations for Project Events

If your GPP project maps to the internal project type of Create New Events Product Registration Project, you can create registrations for the events associated with the project using the Create Product Registrations GPP wizard.

The wizard also enables you to associate the products related to the events with the registrations you create.

To create registrations with this GPP wizard, you must have a Registration Planning and Tracking license with WRITE privileges, and at least WRITE privileges for the registration and project entities.

Rules Governing Registration CountryBe aware of the following with regards to the country set on a registration by the Create Product Registrations GPP wizard:

• If the procedure type on the application is a National type application, the country on the registration is automatically set to the Reviewing Country on the application.
• If the procedure type on the application is a CP type application, the country on the registration is automatically set to the EU Country.
• If the procedure type on the application is a MRP type application, the country on the registration is automatically set to the RMS (Reviewing Country). If you want to create registrations for other CMS countries on a MRP application, you must navigate to the application and manually create the registrations for the CMS countries.
