Users with administrator privilege can configure a DMS within
Calyx RIM so that it is only accessible by defined users, groups, or roles.
This limits the DMS repositories that are displayed within the
DMS Browse field. The restrictions imposed impact the areas where the DMS tree is used. For example: Reference Links, Export Assembly, PDS Labeling Link, and so on.
To configure access to specific users:

Log on to
Calyx RIM as an administrator.

In the
Calyx RIM menus, select:

In the
Available Options list, click
DMS Repository Management.

To set user access to the existing repositories, in the
Repositories view, click on the name of a repository in the list.

From
Limit Access to Specific Users drop-down list, click
Yes.

Do the following:
- To permit access to specific users, select the user under
Access Limited for Allow Selected Users and click on the arrows pointing towards right (>>).
- To permit access to specific groups, select the group under
Access Limited for Allow Selected Groups and click on the arrows pointing towards right (>>).
- To permit access to users with specific roles, select the role under
Access Limited for Allow Selected Roles and click on the arrows pointing towards right (>>).
