Associate a Dose Schedule with a PDS Species Indication

For veterinary entity type products, you can associate a dose schedule with a species indication.

To associate a dose schedule with a PDS species indication:

1. In the PDS tree on the Product Detail Set page, right-click the Dose Schedules node under the species indication node with which you want to associate the dose schedule and choose Add Dose Schedule.The Add Dose Schedule page appears in the right pane.
2. Enter values for the dose schedule PDS attributes. Note: As a best practice, the route of administration you define for a dose schedule should also be defined under the Routes of Administration node for the species PDS detail.
3. Save. The new dose schedule node includes the route of administration, concentration unit and measure, and dose frequency. You will be unable to edit the selected parameters, because they are used to identify the dose schedule. If you make an error, delete the dose schedule and enter the parameters again using these instructions.The dose schedule you added appears in the PDS tree under the Dose Schedules node.
