Associate Package Detail with a PDS Package Set

You can associate the details for product packaging with a PDS package set.

To associate packaging detail with a PDS package set:

1. In the PDS tree, expand a package set detail node that you created. The nodes for the components associated with the PDS are nested under the package set detail node. A Packaging node also appears under the package set detail node.
2. Do one of the following:

   Option	Action
   To add a Package Detail:	Expand a component node and right-click the Packaging node nested under the component node, and then choose Add Packaging.
   To add a Package Detail:	Right-click the Packaging node nested under the package set detail node, and then choose Add Packaging.

   The Add Package page appears.

3. Enter values for the packaging PDS attributes and Save.After associating packaging detail with a package set, you can associate a manufacturer with the packaging detail.
4. Right-click the node for the packaging detail you added and choose Add Manufacturer.
