Create a Leaf Update for an Assembly
Use this procedure to create a list of leafs (documents) for regional applications.
To create leaf updates for assemblies:
- Navigate to the View Project page for the project you want to update.
- Click Leaf Update.The Leaf Update for Assemblies wizard opens to the Select Assembly Template page, which lists the assembly templates available for use.
- Select a template.
- Click Next.The Select Sequences page opens, listing sequences associated with the project.
- Select one or more sequences.
- Click Next.A confirmation page opens, describing the action that will be taken based on the previous selections.
- Click Next.The Summary page opens, confirming the actions taken. Checking the job table for status is also recommended.
- On the Summary page, click Finish.You are returned to the project you were viewing when you stated the wizard. The Events tab of the Project Attributes page for the project indicates that the application has an assembly.
- As the Summary page recommends, you can check the job table by clicking Go To > Job Requests and entering search parameters, such as User Name, to locate the job.Assembly Leaf Update will appear in the Job Name column in the search results.
