New Applications Package Set Registration Project

Global Project Planning (GPP) enables you to create new package set registration applications for each country you specify based on the application category you select.

The procedure type used by the GPP wizard is determined by the default procedure type defined for the country in data administration. See Data Administration > Application Maintenance > Country Values.

With the wizard, you have the option to apply a timeline/event plan to the events that you create. You can select a timeline/event plan type for the timeline/event plan:

  • If you select an event type timeline/event plan, the GPP wizard creates an event that will have a sequence of statuses relevant to the event type that you select.
  • If you select a procedure type timeline/event plan, the GPP wizard creates an event that will have a sequence of statuses relevant to the procedure type that you select.
  • If you do not use a timeline/event plan, the GPP wizard creates an event that can have any sequence of active statuses.

Note: Do not deactivate the default registration type value of Package Set Registration. There are Ennov InSight functions and procedures, such as the "Create New Applications - Package Set Registration" Global Project Planning wizard, that rely on this value remaining active. If possible, the GPP wizard assigns an applicant ID to an application that it creates:

  • If a default applicant ID is defined for the region associated with the application, the GPP wizard assigns the default applicant ID to the application. To set the default, go to Data Administration > Submission Maintenance > Applicant ID Values. This default is not shown in the GPP wizard.
  • If a default applicant ID is not defined for the region associated with the application, the GPP wizard does not assign an applicant ID to the application.
