Withdraw Product Package Set Registrations Results

After creating a Withdraw Product Package Set Registrations project with the GPP wizard and approving the associated event, certain conditions occur in addition to what normally happens when you close an event.

In Data Administration, if Yes is selected in the System Process Default Flag field, each entity status shows the value specified in its Name field.

Initial Condition Resulting Conditions
The event countries have a status that maps to the internal event status of Approved

If the PDS status was not previously set as Withdrawn or a status that maps to the internal status of Withdrawn, then:

  • The PDS status is set to a status mapped to the internal status of Withdrawn
  • The PDS status date is set to the date selected in the wizard
  • The status for any pending PDS details is set to Approved
  • The status date for the PDS details is set to the date selected in the wizard.

The registration package set status of Withdrawn is set to Yes and the date withdrawn is updated with the date selected in the wizard.

If all the package sets associated with the registration (license) are withdrawn, then the license status will be set to a status that maps to the internal status of Withdrawn.

Initial Condition Resulting Conditions

If all the package sets associated with the registration are not withdrawn, then the license status and license status date are not changed.

If all the PDSs and registrations associate with the application are withdrawn, then the application status is changed to the internal status of Withdrawn and the application status date is change to the date selected in the wizard.

If all the PDS and registrations associated with the application have not been withdrawn, then the application status and status date are not updated.

See Entities Affected by Closing an Event for more information about the conditions that occur when you close the event.
