Custom Lists Maintenance
Ennov InSight enables you to maintain the lists of custom values to configure additional entity attributes. You can add and modify lists, and set the status of a value to active or inactive from Data Administration.
Note: You must have appropriate Data Administration access privileges to create and maintain custom list maintenance values.
You can create and maintain the following values:
— Custom List Names - The name of the list that contains custom values.
— Custom List Values - The values in the custom lists.
Custom Lists Maintenance: Custom Lists Values
You can create and maintain the following custom lists values:

| Custom List Names | The name of the list the value belongs to. |
| Custom List Values | The name of the list value. |
Custom List Name Attributes
To define a custom list name value, enter values for the following attributes:

| Attribute | Description |
| List Name | The name of the list the value belongs to. |
| Force Default Flag | Defines if the default of value will be enforced in the custom list. Yes and No values are available for selection. |
| Last User Updated |
Indicates the name of the user who last created/updated the custom list name. By default, this option is read-only. It is populated automatically when updates were made to the table. |
| Last Changed Date | Indicates the date when the last change was made. By default, this option is read-only. It is populated automatically when updates were made to the table. |
| Active | Indicates if the entity is active or inactive. |
Custom List Value Attributes
To define a custom list value, enter values for the following attributes:
| Attribute | Description |
| List Name | The name of the list the value belongs to. Values available for selection are all active values from the Data Administration Custom List Names. |
| List Value | The name of the list value. |
| Default Flag | Flag to indicate if the value is the default one in the list. Yes and No values are available for selection. |
| Last User Updated |
Indicates the name of the user who last created/updated the custom list value. By default, this option is read-only. It is populated automatically when updates were made to the table. |
| Last Changed Date | Indicates the date when the last change was made. By default, this option is read-only. It is populated automatically when updates were made to the table. |
| Active | Indicates if the entity is active or inactive. |
