Entities to Associate

Refer to the list of entities that can be associated or disassociated with other entities.

Application Maintenance Country Values Country Code Region Associate country with a region, disassociate a region to which your country is associated, or modify the country region association from the Country Attributes page.
Note: The Region that belongs to the default region type (Regulatory Region, or IDMP) cannot be disassociated from a country.
Note: The region values available for selection are those associated to a selected region type.
Application Maintenance Country Values Country Code Languages Associate a language that is used for a Country.

Associate an Entity

You can associate an entity to another entity or modify the association from the entity attributes page.

To associate an entity:

  1. Go To > Data Administration.
  2. Under the appropriate maintenance section, click a link from the list of values.
  3. Click the link corresponding to the entity value.
  4. On the entity attributes page, click the required tab.
  5. Click or .
  6. Associate an entity from an existing list or create a new one.
  7. Save.

Disassociate an Entity

You can disassociate an entity that is not required.

To disassociate an entity:

  1. Go To > Data Administration.
  2. Under the appropriate maintenance section, click a link from the list of values.
  3. Click the link corresponding to the entity value.
  4. On the entity attributes page, click the required tab.
  5. Select the item you want to disassociate.
  6. Click.
